    5. Accounts and Information Accuracy

    6. Service Plans, Billing, and Renewals

    Services are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You authorize Arqua to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

    10. Intellectual Property

    Arqua retains ownership of its proprietary systems, code, and methodologies. Upon full payment, clients own the final website content, branding, and deliverables created specifically for their business.

    11. Acceptable Use

    You may not use Arqua services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including sending spam, distributing malware, or violating the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

    12. Electronic Communications

    By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us regarding your account, services, and billing.

    13. Arqua SMS Messaging Program

    The Arqua SMS Messaging Program is operated by ARQUA ONLINE MARKETING, which uses the Arqua brand.

    Age Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Arqua's SMS messaging program.

    Non-Marketing Messages

    Individuals who separately consent may receive messages concerning:

    Opt-Out

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any Arqua text message. After you send STOP, Arqua will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

    Rejoining

    To rejoin, submit a new opt-in through an Arqua form or otherwise provide a new valid request to receive messages.

    Carrier Disclaimer

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
