Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: August 9, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how ARQUA ONLINE MARKETING (using the brand name "Arqua") handles cancellations, refunds, and billing inquiries. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
Arqua offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible first-term subscription fees. If you are not satisfied with your initial eligible Arqua subscription, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date, subject to the exclusions and conditions described in this policy.
2. Recurring Monthly Services
- A customer's initial monthly subscription purchase may qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if the refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- After the initial 30-day guarantee period, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current paid billing period.
- Customers may cancel a monthly subscription before the next renewal date to prevent future renewal billing.
- The customer may continue using the paid service through the end of the current billing period when applicable.
- Unused portions of an already-paid billing period are not prorated or refunded after the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee period, unless required by law or caused by a verified Arqua billing error.
3. Annual Plans
- A first-time annual subscription may qualify for the Arqua 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee when the refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- The request is not eligible for a full refund if substantial onboarding, custom development, migration, setup, campaign work, or implementation has already been completed.
- Annual renewal payments are non-refundable once the renewal term begins, except for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or situations required by applicable law.
- Annual plans can be canceled before the next renewal date to prevent future billing.
4. Setup and Implementation Services
For setup, implementation, and custom work:
- A customer may request cancellation before work begins.
- Once onboarding, strategy, configuration, design, development, content creation, migration, integration, automation, or other custom work begins, related setup and project payments are generally non-refundable.
- Completed milestones and approved work are non-refundable.
- Any refund approved for partially completed custom work may be reduced by the value of work already completed and non-recoverable expenses.
5. Custom Website, Automation, and AI Work
Custom work follows the same principles as setup and implementation services. Once work has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable, and approved work or completed milestones are final.
6. Third-Party and Usage Charges
The following are generally non-refundable once purchased or used:
- Domain registrations
- Hosting purchased through outside providers
- Telephone-number charges
- SMS and calling usage
- Email usage
- Advertising spend
- Premium software
- Third-party platform charges
- Payment-processing fees where legally permitted
- Custom licenses
- Other pass-through expenses already paid to an outside provider
Additionally, any website-migration benefit described as free or included does not create a separate cash-refund value.
7. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
Arqua will investigate:
- Duplicate charges
- Charges made after a properly processed cancellation
- Incorrect plan charges
- Other verified billing errors
Approved billing corrections will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Customers must submit requests using the verified Arqua support email (support@arqua.io) or other official written support channel.
The request should include:
- Customer name
- Business name
- Account email
- Service or plan
- Invoice or transaction information
- Reason for the request
9. Processing Times
Arqua will normally acknowledge a properly submitted request within three business days.
Approved refunds may require approximately five to ten business days to appear, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
10. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
